I’m a functional nutritionist, health coach, foodie and outdoor enthusiast living in Bend, Oregon. I have a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health and am specialized in gut health, hormone health, blood chemistry and HTMA.
I healed my own gut issues, hormone imbalances and thyroid condition with nutrition and lifestyle changes and it is my passion to help others do the same. I utilize a modern, holistic approach to help each of my clients get to the root cause of their symptoms and chronic health issues.

My practice is based upon functional and integrative medicine principles. Every body is unique, and therefore every protocol needs to be created accordingly. To accomplish this, I take the time to get to know my clients extensively during our initial consultation and throughout our time together.
In order to fully address what’s going on with your health we must look at the body holistically. Therefore, I not only address nutrition but we will also discuss lifestyle recommendations and mindfulness tools as these are an essential part of healing. This, along with consistent, motivational coaching and realistic goal setting is what sets the foundation for creating long-lasting behavior change.
